Agreements & Support

The terms, in plain view.

Every agreement, every version, every fee. Summaries here; the full versioned text lives at madecx.info, and each acceptance is stored with its version and hash.

The agreement between a Culture Maker and MADE CX. It is fee-for-service — there is no supply-side subscription.

  • On a cleared license, the split is 80% Culture Maker · 16% MADE CX · 4% community reinvestment.
  • MADE CX absorbs Stripe processing (Model B). On a refund, the Culture Maker absorbs the refund fee, from the next payout.
  • Services are priced per the ratified rate card: registration, valuation, licensing, agentic operations, lien filing.
  • You keep ownership of your cultural property. MADE CX records, evaluates, clears and protects — it never takes title.
Accepted at onboarding (P05) · stored per account with version + hash · re-accepted on version change.

The Cultural Property Rights Standard™ Agreement a Buyer accepts to license work. Accepting it is the master record; each purchase re-confirms it and generates Schedules A–D.

  • Per-transaction schedules. Every purchase generates Schedules A–D — particulars, the valuation record, the attribution line, and the community allocation.
  • Attribution on every public use. Carry the Attribution Line (canonical · short · derivative) wherever the work appears.
  • Public Use Log. Record each post or placement; MADE CX reads it as evidence toward the valuation.
  • No automatic renewal. The renewal window opens 120 days before term end and follows a Renewal Evaluation.
  • Reserved rights. Likeness, voice, persona, AI training or synthesis, and heritage rights never pass unless explicitly listed.
Accepted at buyer onboarding (P05) · version + hash stored per acceptance · re-confirmed on every purchase.

The license a Buyer receives when a request is cleared. It is issued against a registered, valued work and recorded on the Cultural Property Ledger.

  • Defines usage, territory, duration, exclusivity, derivatives and attribution — each license band can override the defaults.
  • Acquired for use, not as a security — it carries no representation of future value increase.
  • Every cleared license issues a certificate PDF and a Ledger Receipt.
  • An exclusive or full transfer is a sale, not a license, and is handled by consultation.
Cleared at CLEAR (P06/P09) · recorded at RECORD (P03) · terms set from the CPRS tier, editable by the Culture Maker.

All fees load from the ratified rate sheet. Nothing is a percentage of a work's value except where stated.
