MADE CX turns your creative property into registered, scored, and licensable cultural assets. This guide walks you through the four things the platform lets you do with your work — in order.
Everything on MADE CX builds on the step before it. You can't price work you haven't titled, bank value you haven't priced, or enforce rights you haven't banked. Start at the left and move right.
Two minutes of setup gets you to the dashboard, where every other step in this guide takes place.
Sign up at made.cx with your email. Confirm your identity and connect the social or catalog accounts that establish you as the originator of your work — these feed verification and your scores later.
Choose your creator symbol — your handle across the platform, written in uppercase once live (e.g. $HALIM). Until you register your first asset it shows as a placeholder, $YourTicker.
Your dashboard is home base: your $Ticker header, portfolio stats, and a grid of your registered asset cards. It starts empty — the next four sections fill it in.
Registering an asset mints a BCID — your Blackchain Creative ID, a unique on-chain hash that timestamps your work and records it in the Cultural Property Ledger. This is the act of establishing title: it's how the platform knows the work is yours.
From the dashboard, select Register Asset. Choose the asset type — track, visual work, written work, design, motion, or other cultural creative property.
Add the file, title, origin story, and contributors. Original media is stored privately; only the asset's metadata is pinned for permanence, so you keep full control of the source file.
Attest that you are the originator (or an authorized rights holder) and accept the registry terms. A BCID is a provenance record — not a transfer of title or a substitute for copyright registration.
The platform writes your BCID and creates a ledger entry. Your asset now appears in your portfolio as an asset card, marked Verified.

Title is the foundation of everything else. An asset with no BCID can't be scored, licensed, or defended. Register early and register often — your ledger history is part of your provenance.
Once an asset is titled, MADE CX scores it. The CPRS (Cultural Property Rating System) rates the work 0–100 across five dimensions. The CPVE valuation engine combines that score with market signals to produce a TCPMV — the asset's total cultural property market value.
Scoring runs automatically after registration. CPRS rates five dimensions: Origin, Commercial, Reach, Velocity, and Return. The composite places the asset into a tier — A (80+), B (60+), C (40+), D (20+).
The CPVE multiplies your CPRS by a market multiplier and the CDC (Cultural Demand Coefficient, 0.5–2.0) to output your TCPMV. Demand signals refresh over time, so valuations move.
Your $Ticker aggregates CPRS across every asset you've registered. As you title and grow more work, your creator symbol's composite score and tier update — it's your reputation, scored.
CPRS is the score. TCPMV is the estimate it implies. CDC is why both move. A strong Origin score reflects verified provenance; Velocity and Return reflect momentum and earnings. Valuations are estimates for benchmarking and licensing — not guarantees or offers to buy.
A titled, priced asset can earn. When a brand or user licenses your work through a Cultural Use License™, payment is processed and split automatically, with your share paid out to your connected account.
Link your payout account through the platform's payments setup. This is a standard, regulated onboarding — you provide your details directly to the payment processor; MADE CX never handles your banking credentials.
For each asset, define what a Cultural Use License™ covers — usage type, term, and price. Licensees agree to those terms before any use is authorized.
Every licensing transaction follows a fixed distribution: 80% to you, the Originator; 16% to Operations & Enforcement; 4% to the CX Foundation. Your share lands in your connected account.
Lifetime payouts, active licenses, and pending revenue appear in your portfolio stats. The MADE CX Card — a creator spending card — is on the roadmap as platform volume grows.
The 80/16/4 split is fixed and applies to every licensing transaction. You keep the majority share; the Ops & Enforcement portion funds the systems that protect and enforce your rights — which is exactly what the next pillar covers.
Provenance is only useful if it holds. The Enforce tools let you assert your registered rights: place a Cultural Lien against an asset, flag unlicensed use, and lean on your ledger record as the authoritative provenance trail.
Your dashboard surfaces license activity and any flagged or unverified usage tied to a BCID. Each asset carries its full provenance and license history.
A Cultural Lien records a formal claim against an asset — useful when ownership, attribution, or outstanding obligations are in dispute. It attaches to the ledger entry and is visible to licensees.
Where work is used without a valid Cultural Use License™, raise a flag from the asset record. The Ops & Enforcement function (the 16% share) supports resolution using your provenance record as the basis.
A lien is attached to this asset's ledger entry. Any new license request must clear the lien before terms are issued.

Flagged — In ReviewEnforcement runs on your record, not on claims you make after the fact. The earlier and more completely you title your work, the stronger your position. MADE CX's tools support your rights — they don't replace legal counsel where formal action is warranted.
Your dashboard is where all four pillars live at once. Your $Ticker sits at the top, portfolio stats summarize your standing, and every titled asset shows as a card you can open to price, bank, and enforce.
