- PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — Stripe handles all card data; MADE never sees your card or banking credentials.
- KYC identity verification & AML monitoring — Stripe verifies legal name, tax ID, address, and continually screens for fraud.
- 1099-K issued automatically — US creators earning over $600 in a calendar year receive their tax form from Stripe; no extra work for you.
- Funds held by Stripe — segregated accounts at FDIC-insured banks until payout.
- Full audit trail — every transaction logged on the MADE Cultural Exchange ledger and in Stripe's records.
Fees are deducted automatically from each transaction. Standard payouts (1–3 business days) are included; instant payouts add 1%. Refunded transactions do not refund Stripe processing fees.
